Description
What exactly is culture? In its simplest form, an organization’s culture is a set of behavioral and procedural norms that can be observed. While we work diligently to provide exceptional and compliant patient care, it is easy for culture to fall by the wayside and, when it does, it shows. In this session, we will pick culture up, dust it off, take a deep dive into its importance and how it influences employee retention, recruitment, and engagement.
